Mark has over 17 years experience within the London Market reinsurance industry and has held a number of positions in both technical and senior management roles. As Head of Reinsurance at Xchanging Claims Services he was involved in the management of the highest profile claims to impact the market in recent years and was responsible for the development of a pro-active reinsurance claims model which was successfully adopted within the Lloyd's market.
